How payment and delivery work
We use different payment routes depending on what you purchase. The process is designed to make the service, price, payment and delivery arrangement clear before an order is completed.
Digital products
Worked examples through Lemon Squeezy
Individual Level 5 worked examples and the seven-unit pack are offered as digital products. The product page takes the customer to the applicable Lemon Squeezy checkout, where the displayed product, price and payment options are shown before payment. Successful orders are then handled through the digital delivery process associated with the purchase.
Customer journey: choose product → review product/price → Lemon Squeezy checkout → complete payment → receive the applicable order confirmation and digital access/delivery information.
Support services
Direct support enquiries
Assessment review, proofreading, referencing, tutor-feedback revision, study planning and other Level 3/5/7 support are handled as service enquiries rather than an automatic card checkout on this website.

At the date of this page, digital worked examples use the configured Lemon Squeezy checkout. CIPD Study Support is also completing Safepay merchant onboarding. Safepay should not be understood as an active checkout option until approval and activation are complete.
When Safepay is activated for a product or service, the applicable checkout page will identify the available payment method and provide the relevant order confirmation.
