Most products are digital downloadable educational resources. Customers should carefully review the product description before purchase.
Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded immediately, completed purchases of successfully delivered digital products are generally non-refundable for change of mind, mistaken purchase or failure to use the resource, subject always to mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction. Nothing here excludes a right that cannot legally be excluded.
If payment was successful but access was not received, contact support@cipdstudysupport.com with your name, order reference, checkout email and product purchased. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or provide another reasonable solution.
If a file is corrupted, incomplete or technically unusable, contact us within a reasonable period. Where verified, we will normally provide a replacement file or restore access. If the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, we will consider an appropriate refund where applicable.
If the same product was purchased more than once accidentally, contact us promptly. A verified duplicate transaction may be refunded, subject to payment-provider procedures and legal requirements.
If you purchased the wrong product, contact us promptly. We will consider the request based on whether the product has been accessed or downloaded and any mandatory consumer rights.
If payment appears successful but delivery has not occurred, contact us rather than making another purchase. We will investigate.
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Customers are encouraged to contact us first about genuine payment, delivery or access problems. Nothing prevents a customer from exercising a legal right to dispute a transaction.
If we later offer a separately identified personalised service, its delivery, cancellation and refund terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. A downloadable product is not a promise of personalised work.
A refund is not normally available solely because a customer receives a lower assessment result than expected. Our resources do not guarantee a particular grade or qualification outcome.
