CIPD Study Support is an independent educational resource brand operated by Ghulam Mustafa Zeb in Pakistan. CIPD Study Support is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). References to CIPD qualifications, units and assessment criteria identify the educational context of relevant resources.
Products may include worked examples, study guides, assessment-planning resources, learning materials, revision resources, research/reference guidance and other downloadable educational content. The relevant product page describes the specific product.
Resources support learning, understanding, planning and independent study. They are not intended to be submitted as a learner's own work. Customers are responsible for complying with their provider's academic-integrity requirements, awarding-body requirements, tutor instructions and applicable copyright rules. We do not guarantee any grade, assessment result, qualification outcome or accreditation.
Purchasing a resource does not permit a customer to represent the resource or substantial portions of it as their own original academic work where that would breach academic-integrity requirements.
Downloadable products are supplied electronically. Where instant delivery is stated, access will normally be provided after successful payment through the applicable delivery system. Customers must provide an accurate email address and maintain access to it.

Nothing excludes or limits liability where unlawful. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or result from misuse of products, failure to follow instructions or failure to comply with academic requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights applicable to a customer.
Unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by laws applicable in Pakistan. Mandatory consumer protections in a customer's country are not intended to be removed.
We may update these Terms when products, services or legal requirements change. The latest published version applies to future use and purchases.
